A design team, A Production Team, Couple of world class machines and we were in business. Pinnacle started in 2000 to sell personalized gifts in the Indian Market but never got around doing that. Instead we some how slipped into selling awards and than promotional products to the corporate world.

Looking back we realize, one of our main weakness in reality became our greatest strength. The fact that we had zero knowledge and experience in our line worked tremendously to our advantage. For every thing, small or big we had to research and find out our own answers. What is the best way to make glass trophies? Which promotional products should we sell? What is the best way to put logo on curved items? How can we differentiate our selves from our competitors and win more business? Tons of questions and lots of hard work.

Almost always we got our answers from international and more matured markets as much was not talked about promotional products and awards in India. It was just one small and if we can say an insignificant part of any marketing budget. Pinnacle from the word ‘Go’ was a company working out of India but maintaining international standard at all level of business.
