Can you customize awards for us?
Yes we can. We have successfully customized many awards for our customers baring few exceptions. So do drop us an email at sales@pinnacleworks.com and we will be happy to work with you in building your customized award.

 

Do you undertake design services for awards?
Yes we do. In the past 10 years we have designed and crafted many prestigious awards. Take advantage of our well trained design team who have been designing and conceptualizing awards for over a decade. We undertake design services only for the awards that will eventually be crafted by our skilled in house production team.

 

Do you provide rush order awards and gifts?
Yes we do. We stock many products and blank awards in our ware house in Delhi which can be shipped to meet your critical deadlines.

 

Why don't I see any leather products in your catalogue?
At Pinnacle we are strong supporters of animal rights. We do not deal or sell any product which uses parts of animal such as bones or hide/leather.

 

Shipping

 

Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do. We ship to most international locations. Please email us at sales@pinnacleworks.com with the location that you the goods to be delivered. Exact shipping quotes are provided after you have selected the products order quantity. We can give approximate quotes as well based on some basic information from your end.

 

How do you ship Internationally?
We usually ship through FedEx or DHL. If the consignment is more than 75 kg we can ship through air freight.

 

Can I use my own shipping account for international shipping?
Yes of course. Please send mention this at the time of placing the order that you wish to use your own account and provide us the account number.

 

Can you ship to multiple locations?
Yes we can. We can ship to multiple location for a small additional fee. You can get this information from your account manager when you place an order with us.

 

What about returns/ refunds/ cancellation? 

At Pinnacle we do not accept any returns. Once order is placed it cannot be cancelled. 100% of the money has to be paid to us. We do not offer any refunds as well. 

 

Branding

 

How do I send my artwork?
We need a vector image for all your artwork and logo files. You can send your vector image in Corel Draw version 13 or lower, Vector PDF, or Adobe Illustrator file. If you have a file size of 10 MB or lower, you can directly email it to your account manager.

 

What happens if I don’t have a corel draw file or a EPS file?
In such cases we have to re-create your artwork from scratch and additional charges may apply. Please share with us high resolution images in which ever format it is available. Your account manager will be able to guide you through this process.

 

Will I get my exact logo colors on awards and gifts?
We try and match to the closest colors possible but since the mediums where we put colors are different such as wood, acrylic, glass etc we do not have the same choice of colors what one has for printing. So matching 100% logo or artwork colors may not be always possible.

 

 

Payments

 

How can I make payments ?
We accept payment through cheque, wire transfers, demand draft and cash. Cash is accepted only for bill amount of Rs. 45,000 or less.
For our retail store we accept online payments through credit card in addition to all of the above mentioned options.
