Yes, at Pinnacle, we understand that awards are measured less by material value and more by their emotional price. It's an understanding that reflects in all that we do.
A glass carving machine , a t-shirt imprinting machine, a big team of two people and yes zero knowledge about the industry is what we started Pinnacle with in 2000.
At that time everything was a challenge from finding the right glue to stick our awards flawlessly...... to training in house team to see even minor flaws in production ....... or ...... to convince a new customer to trust us with their awards.
Those were hard times really hard times but we were able to overcome them as we built a fantastic team of people who were never ready to take NO for an answer.
