At Pinnacle we have been designing and manufacturing long service awards since 2000. Over the years we have delivered hundreds and thousands of awards on account of long service alone and for organizations of sizes and industries.

However many questions keep coming up so I have decided to put some of the most commonly asked questions right here.

If you are planning to start a long service award program in 2016 or want to revamp it these may come in handy. If you still have questions please feel free to ask. I would be happy to include them here for everybody’s reference. 

Question: We don’t want our long service award design to change every year. Can you give the same design every year?

Answer.

Yes of course! This is one of our fortes. We are a design and manufacturing company and we work with a variety of materials, all in-house so irrespective of the material used for your long service award we can ensure that your long service will not change if you don’t want it to change.

In fact ‘Consistency’ is very important in long service award. So it’s a good thing you don’t want it to change. Long service awards are not something one should change every year or even in 3-4 years. Many of our customers have not changed their long service award in over 10 years and we have been supplying the same award to them for all their locations.

If your award and trophy supplier is a trading company who buy award blanks from multiple sources and does customization for you then they may not be able to ensure that the same award will be available 5 years down the line.

Question: We have 10 locations across India and a few locations out of India. Can you handle deliveries across different locations as per schedule?

Answer.

Yes! our main manufacturing unit is located in Gurgaon, Haryana and we ship all our awards from here to across India and even the world.

Once you place your order on us and specify the basics in terms of when you want delivery? Where you want it and who is the point of contact we do the rest for you.

You always get one dedicated account manager for your company and that person is your single point of contact for all your requirements. So you don’t have to talk to different people for different issues.

In turn, account managers are backed up by design, admin, logistics and production team and together we ensure that things happen is time and as per agreement.

Question: What about packing? How will you ensure our awards reach safely to all locations?

Answer.

Since 2000 we are serving our customers across India and the world and over the period of time we have developed our own safe packing methods. Most of our items are fragile and breakable and courier handling can be tricky.

Our packing can handle very rough conditions. In a year when we ship thousands of packets not more than 0.001% packets reach damaged. So be relaxed for when you work with us you can be at peace.

Question: What if we are among the 0.001% and our package is received in a damaged condition?   

Answer.

Again we are here for you. All you have to do is let your account manager know as soon as you receive your shipment and we will ship the replacement for you.

We will not wait for you to send us the damaged piece for we understand time is of the essence.

However is we would request you to send the broken piece back no matter how broken it is for we like to study that in detail and improve our packing further so that it does not happen the next time again. By the way, we pay for return shipping so you have nothing to worry about.

Question: We will order for a year but as and when the names come you need to personalize and ship it. Possible?

Answer.

Yes! Possible. Depending on your quantities and the way you want to structure your long service program let us know.

All the basics service levels are decided and agreed upon before the start of the program.

Question: We want our long service awards to be gift wrapped along with a few other items in addition to the award. Can you do this?

Answer.

Yes! We can add gifts of your choice to your long service award and gift wrap it or design a specific packing. Our design team will be happy to work on your custom brief and requirement.

Question: We want the long service award individually to be shipped to the employees. Can you handle these detailed logistics and give us a monthly report as per our format.

Answer.

Yes! We can provide an additional service of shipping individual long service award directly to employee residences while keeping your data absolutely safe.

A custom report for the same can be made and submitted as per your requirement.

Question: What is the minimum order you will take for our long service award program?

Answer.

At Pinnacle our minimum order qty in most cases is just 1.

So yes for most products in stock we can supply even a single quantity. To be honest we actually run a long service award program for a company who orders 2 or 3 awards every year from us.

Question: How large a program can you handle?

Answer.

Under one of our larger long service award program, we ship around 15,000 long service award products for a single company across different locations in India.
